Shipping policy

Ebooks are delivered immediately via "Bookfunnel." Look for an email from Bookfunnel, and follow directions to select the ereader format of your choice (ie. kindle, Ibooks, nook, .pdf).

All physical orders besides paperbacks are processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays cannot be avoided, and are to be expected during times of hazardous weather, pandemic, or civil unrest. 

Some items are subject to delay by customs and international processing.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Andalon Studios LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tom@tbphillips.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

Paperback Shipping Information

Order Delivery time:

Autographed Paperbacks are shipped within 24 hours of order depending on in-stock availability. In some situations, your order may be delayed by low supplies and may be subject to a wait time. Delayed orders will be notified via email an estimated date of shipping.

All other paperbacks need 10-14 days for delivery if free shipping is selected.

All orders are shipped USPS & Delivered 5-7 business days from the shipping date.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE USA ARE SUBJECT TO USPS INTERNATIONAL RATES

 

Refunds/Returns

We have a 30-day return policy on all products except paperback books, which means you have 30 days after receiving your non-paperback book item to request a return.

Paperback books will not be accepted as return for refund. If your paperbook arrives damaged, contact tom@tbphillips.com and we will work to evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at tom@tbphillips.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), books, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Please provide 3 business days to process.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
